I have ordered from Seamless 5+ days a week for 18 months and this is my WORST order ever. Avgolemono soup was Campbell's condensed cream of chicken but with orzo. None of the meat in the Kreatomezes was identifiable (also, no chicken for sure). All around horrible. Thank god for the free bread or I would have starved.

do not order around dinner time. delivery takes FOREVER and they rush to put it together so it is sloppy and thrown together, not good. When they are not busy, food is good and delivery doesnt usually take THAT long.

Ordered half an hour before it closed and they: 1. substituted my dessert without notifying me, 2. did not deliver the sides with the Arni Soulvaki order, and 3. did not bring me the Tzatziki sauce with the lamb order. By the time I discovered this, the place had closed. Clearly, someone was in a rush to get home. Do not order from this place close to when it shuts down.

THE WORST!!!! The facts speak for themselves and here they are: 1. Delivery estimate was 25-40 min, took 1:10 to get the food. 2. Tried to call re: late order, we got only voicemail, tried multiple times, no answer. 3. Food finally comes, the Moussaka was the worst I have ever had in my life, the eggplant in it must have literally been rotten it was so bitter. We had 3 orders of it, and all of us stopped eating. Tried to call the restaurant, but they of course didn't pick up the phone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE!!!

The baked chicken in orzo and feta is delicious!!! Ethos is so generous in that they give you warm pita bread, and regular bread as well as a free desert with your take out entree. I must say the desert is fantastic.

Good food. Not cheap but worth the money. Unfortunately they have cut back on the portions greatly. The Greek salad used to be huge with large amounts of cheese and olives. That stuff is now heavily controlled.

Great food, but REALLY LONG WAIT TIME! They always say 25-40 minutes, but then it is often over an hour and 20 minutes. If you call, they say it is on the way (not true). They need to change their time estimation, but 1:20 is TOO long to wait!

Very good food! I am Greek-American and wanted to try delivery from this restaurant since I am sick of the usual options near my job. I have so far had the chicken souvlakia, thalosomezes, rice pilaf and galaktoboureko. All are delicious! Prices are on the higher side but reasonable since you are getting hot food and lots of it! Will try saganaki next time.

Maybe it's because we're really close to the restaurant, or because the tip is included in the order so they know I tip well, but we got our food very quickly. We've ordered once, and it was really late and we were grumpy and starving. Still, the food was delivered quickly and it was amazingly tasty. The meats were tender and spiced just right. My only complaint was that the rice was just so-so, but we didn't really need much rice. Everything else, we ate all the leftovers too. The dessert was unbelievably delicious and I don't eat dessert normally.

Absolute worst customer service ever. They always take well beyond the estimated time to deliver food, inevitably forget at least one item, and are often out of lamb and/or chicken! Imagine a greek restaurant running out of lamb...

I've ordered many times and had generally good food but they failed to deliver the food for over 2 hours and kept lying about it saying it was 2 minutes from being delivered. I have a 6 year old son so we eventually gave up and made some canned soup. As I write this over 2 hours later the food isn't here and I suspect it's never coming. They lost a steady customer.

They are consistantly late with their delivery time. Tonight, when I called to ask where my dinner was and inform them that they are regularly late [though the food is good] they asked me to NOT ORDER FROM THEM ANYMORE. Will be requesting a refund from my credit card and clearly not ordering from these jerks again.

This place flat out terrible if you are ordering out. Deliveries have been late (1.5+ hours) on multiple occasions. Upon calling and asking about the status of the order, telephone service has been rude and not accomodating in the least. The food is acceptable/decent, yet most definitely not worth the wait.

food is OK, but a bit greasy, and not as good as the Turkish options in the neighborhood. It's also very expensive compared with other options. The biggest problem is the delivery service. The food took so long to arrive (90 + minutes) that we were too tired to eat when the food finally arrived, cold and forlorn.

This place understands the point of a promotion--sure, I ordered from a "discount" menu, but it was delivered hot, on time and exactly as ordered. And it was delicious! Will definitely be in my heavy rotation.

Food arrived very quickly. Everything we ordered was really good, and the portions were much larger than expected. The avgolemono soup was a large bowl and I liked it a lot, but it was not quite as thick or creamy as I'm used to. The spanikopita was yummy, and quite a large order (4 nice sized triangles). The green beans stewed in tomatoes was just as is should be. I can tell that I will be ordering from here often. Bonus- They give you a free dessert (some kind of custard wrapped in phylo) and a bag of assorted breads/pita.

This place is a joke! Do NOT order here if you want your food delivered on time. I ordered a fish entree and it took 1-1/2 hours to get delivered to me. I finally called and cancelled the order, but every time I called the restaurant the guy who answered the phone kept saying "He's only a few minutes away from you." I was VERY unsatisfied with their service. Who cares how the food might have tasted...I guess I'll never know.

I have ordered from Ethos before and have been very happy, food was great. But on my most recent order the delivery guy never showed up and I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't reach him. I called a second time and they said he came to the building and no one was there (not true because there is a doorman in the lobby). They said he would come back and call when he was in the lobby. Of course i waited and no call. I called the restaurant back and they hung up on me! I will never order from them again.

The delivery took 90 minutes and our food was cold and 2 containers were crushed. The food was good but the situation was really awful. We had to call them 3 times.

We've been customers for a long time, and are really happy we can get their delicious food delivered now. The nicest people and the food is great. It won't stop us from going there, but it's a great option when we're lazy. We love it.

No fish should be served both on the bone and with plastic utensils. Also, a plastic cup of feta is not appetizing. This restaurant needs to re-evaluate their take-out.
